I have tried with varying success to use my current Dutch oven to cook sushi rice. The precision you need to have with adjusting the temperature to have a successful pot of rice is agonizing. I would absolutely love to win this Music-Kamado. I love the idea of being able to use this to make rice, hot pot, soups and stews!
