Zojirushi Hot Pot Electric Skillet Giveaway (Closed)

My experience

Over the years I’ve tried many different types of hot pot. From the super traditional one that uses charcoal, the Yin Yang pot with a portable gas stove, to the electric pot. I have to admit that the electric hot pot is the most convenient one by far.

Since the electric skillet comes with a heating base, it’s super easy to set up. Plus, when you place the pot on your dinner table, the pot sits at a low level and it’s more comfortable to cook with. The electric heating element is efficient and heats up very quickly.

I really like the fact that the hot pot skillet comes with a divider, so you can use two broth bases. I love to use one spicy and one non-spicy, to accommodate a variety of tastes. You can also use many other different types of broth such as tomato base, soy milk base, and mushroom base.

The griddle pan is a lovely addition to the hot pot because you can use it for grilling meat and vegetables. When I host a hot pot party, I usually have leftover cut up meat and vegetables. I can easily turn those leftovers into a fun and different meal the next day by grilling them and using a different sauce to serve them with.
