Ingredients
1very ripe large banana, chopped to 4 pieces (room temperature or frozen)
1cupfrozen blueberries
2tablespoonslemon juice
1cupmilk(or plant-based milk)
1 small fresh raw egg (or 1/4 cup egg white)(Optional)
Instructions
Chop banana into 3-4 pieces and add into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
