Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe large banana , chopped to 4 pieces (room temperature or frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 small fresh raw egg (or 1/4 cup egg white) (Optional)

Instructions

  • Chop banana into 3-4 pieces and add into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
