Easy Tuna Salad

Tuna-Salad-1

I was feeling lazy to cook today and want something simple and delicious. So I decided to cook tuna salad and used my cheating ingredient

Tuna-Salad-Balsamic-Glaze

The truffle balsamic glaze was a gift from my boyfriend. I called it magic sauce since everything will come out more delicious by adding several drop of this glaze. For sauce that using balsamic vinegar, you could reduce 1 or 2 teaspoon of vinegar and add the glaze instead. You will be surprised at the result. I like to use it making salad dressing, because even for very simple combination of olive oil and vinegar, a teaspoon of glaze will even make lettuce taste much better. If you are going to serve a cheese plate, adding several drops of glaze on hard cheese will be extremely helpful to a create complex flavor and add texture. Another my favorite dish is melon wrapped with procciutto, with dipping sauce infused with the balsamic glaze. I once had this dish in a Italian restaurant and the balsamic glaze turned the whole dish much more interesting.

Let me know if you came up with more ideas to use the magic sauce!
