The Chile Pepper Bible Giveaway

Here are just a few examples of the delicious recipes that the book covers:

  • Indonesian-Style Fried Rice
  • Cape Verde Sausage Stew

I’ve been subscribed to your newsletter for quite awhile now and enjoy the recipes. My husband grew 5 varieties of different hot peppers this year. Some were heirloom seeds given to us and we have no idea what we were even growing. I would LOVE to have that cookbook as a collector and lover of peppers. My family included. 🙂 Thanks for the chance.

I subscribed to your newsletter today and really look forward to learning more about HOT stuff. Recently went to World Spice Market in Seattle and just smelled their Ghost Pepper powder. Yikes! I sneezed for 5 minutes. But it had this incredible aroma. I want to learn how to get that flavor.
